Our headquarters are in the Brew City, Wisconsin (a.k.a. Milwaukee).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal).
Is my transaction secure?
All transactions are being processed via PayPal. PayPal protects your information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. How long will it take for my project to be completed?
All projects are unique and vary based on scope. In addition, each nerd’s current workload has to be taken into account when establishing a project timeline. If you have a tight deadline to work with, please make sure to let us know. We are flexible with schedules and will do just about any-and-everything to make it work within your timeline.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to physically “return,” as well as the customizations made for each project, the Pixel Pushing Word Nerd has no refund policy.

What are your support hours?
Our team will do our best to respond to support queries within 24-hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends. Official support hours atr 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, though sometimes you may see a nerd active on email after hours. Please do not expect a response on weekends, holidays, or outside of the support hours. Thank you!
